The Group's associate companies own 145 acres of land since 1996 and the requisite permissions for development of this land are awaited.
The Group has recently signed another agreement for developing a township of 12 million sq. ft. of built up area in the NCR and the construction
is scheduled to commence in January 2011.
The modern and luxurious township located, 20 kms away or 20 minutes drive from India Gate, offer an exclusive lifestyle and consist of more than 6000
super deluxe 2 BHK & 3 BHK dwelling units. The facilities and amenities offered will include all modern amenities including a Degree College, a well
